From the very beginning, Wonderlab was built on a simple belief: that healthy, empowered individuals create stronger, more vibrant communities. That belief doesn't stop at the doors of our wellness centre — it drives every initiative, partnership and program we support.
Our founder Rachel understands firsthand what it means to build something from the ground up — and the responsibility that comes with it. That's why Wonderlab actively channels its resources, network and expertise into two powerful community pillars: supporting young people through YOLO Projects, and uplifting women through our partnership with EmpowHer Sydney.

YOLO Projects was born from a deeply personal moment — a mother's conversation with her children about the realities of running a business. When Rachel watched her teenage son Ian launch and quickly abandon a dropshipping venture, she saw the gap: teens full of ambition but without the tools, guidance or resilience to turn ideas into reality.
So she built the solution. YOLO Projects is a not-for-profit organisation connecting teens and young adults with experienced business owners, mentors and community leaders. It's a safe space to try, fail, learn and grow — exactly the way real entrepreneurs do.
Mental Well-being
Workshops in emotional intelligence, mindfulness, stress management and resilience — giving young people the inner toolkit to handle life's challenges.
Physical Well-being
Programs promoting healthy lifestyles, physical activity and nutrition — because a strong body supports a strong mind.
Community Engagement
Volunteering opportunities, social events and collaborative projects that build belonging and foster positive connections between young people.
Personal Development & Entrepreneurship
Real-world business skill workshops, mentoring programs and exposure to entrepreneurship — teaching teens that success takes determination, not just a good idea.
YOLO Projects' mission is to create a supportive community where young people can explore various pathways to success — building confidence, resilience and a life they're proud to live.
