The Wonderlab team is dedicated to helping you achieve your skincare goals and boost your confidence. Our beauty Mantra is to treat our clients like family. We truly want the best for you, so why not meet some of the faces behind the team.
About Wonderlab
Wonderlab is a community as well as a beauty salon, brings everyone a 'Wonderful' journey. We love connecting and work to provide a strong culture of health and wellbeing. We have a new 360-degree beauty concept, that focuses on not only making you look, but also feel beautiful. As a community, we embrace self-love, confidence, gratitude, adventure, and wellness. A key part of our culture is to Put People First. As a result, we focus on you personally. This means we treat every beauty client individually to help achieve your goals together. Beauty is bigger and deeper than just the skin. It is an intrinsic part of our life. We hope to play a role in uplifting your mood and confidence, to make you happier and more prepared to face the outside world.

The Wonderlab experience will regenerate your cells and charge your positive energy. This can be done as a weekly treat, or monthly pamper. You can dive into the transformation to completely re-style or find a better work/life/ family balance. We are here to help you.
Who is Wonderlab?
Wonderlab is a collaboration of some truly talented and inspirational human beings.
Rachel is a champion in maintaining momentum, dedicating her time to her work, and making a difference. She began Wonderlab to help people achieve their skincare goals while simultaneously create a job for Kimi as she settled into a new country. She is naturally gifted with empathy and a driving force that pushed Wonderlab Beauty into existence. In addition, she has always wanted to help others smile and believes in a healthy work life balance. As a mum of two children, she loves exploring new bustiness opportunities that combine her love for helping people and maintaining a healthy work balance. Now she shares her entrepreneurial skills and experience within the ever-developing beauty industry. Together with her two sisters, she constantly tests, challenges, and builds 360-degree beauty concept. That beauty is not isolated to skincare, it looking at people as a whole.
Kimi is a talented beauty therapist with over 20 years in the industry. Having her own salon was always a dream, and now she gets to share her magic with the Wonderlab community. She adores all things make up and beauty and inspires transformations within her clients. From providing comfort to busy office women, rejuvenation to tired mothers, engagement, and banter with the elderly etc. If you have visited Wonderlab, you will know that Kimi has a strong passion for great skin. She loves connecting her clients and joining them on journey to great skin. In addition, Kimi has overcome extreme adversity including huge debts from her ex-husband and language barrier. However rather than let that bring her down, she believes that” Transforming pain into passion - do what you're passionate about is the best way to heal your pain.” You can see how well she has healed by following her vision to make all her beauty client’s day, week, month, and year brighter and happier.
Vicki is a goal orientated people person who began working in the beauty industry for a similar reason to Rachel, to help support her sister Kimi. As a University student, she never thought she would be a start-up owner. However, once she began the journey, she discovered her natural talents in connecting with people and building relationships. She truly believes that if you feel better, you look better! This has bled into the business to focus not only on skin beauty, but to provide support for people’s lifestyles. She works closely with her clients to find the best solution for them. Holistic, nurturing, and relaxing beauty massage treatments go a long way to help her clients begin their transformative journey. Furthermore, she loves learning and considers herself a perpetual student. She continues learning through practise, communication with her clients, and continual improvement on her techniques and results.
Wonderlab is a family.
While the foundation of Wonderlab is three sisters, we believe that all our clients are our family. That is why we dedicate our time and effort far beyond just the scheduled bookings. We believe that you receive the best care, products, and experience possible. For this reason, everything Wonderlab does reflects the three key elements. Every beauty product, skincare treatment, and beauty plan focus to be kind to the environment, provide you the best solutions, and help you achieve your goals.
