Join our free virtual workshop | Feel Good Care Program, it promotes women’s self-care, health and wellness.

The programs and sessions are designed to support women’s health by reducing incontinence, decreasing pain, boosting muscle relaxation, and speeding up recovery from tears during different stage and situation whether you are experiencing back, neck and shoulder pain, pre or post pregnancy, going through menopause, or suffer with pelvic pain.

Today, women not only demand treatments related to their usual gynaecological problems, but they also want to regain their intimate aesthetics and improve integrated functionality for full sexual health

All of our Virtual Workshops are live and interactive.

During the interactive workshops,  our presenter demonstrates and answers participant’s questions while they follow along and try the techniques as we go.

Each virtual workshop session takes about 45 min.

  • 20 minutes of info sharing
  • 20 minutes of exercise + interactive session and
  • 5 minutes of Q&A

Presenter: Choo Wai Kien, Ken
Ken is an experienced Physiotherapist with years of experience in hospital and physiotherapy setup with a multi-disciplinary team. A graduate from INTI International University, Malaysia, Ken has keen interest in Sports Injuries and Musculoskeletal Injuries. Ken is also vastly experienced in public speaking and giving talks in webinar. Fluent in 4 languages (English, Malay, Cantonese and Mandarin) Ken’s linguistic ability enables him to get his messages across during treatment and training with precision.

Ai Sing is an enthusiastic Physiotherapist with over 9 years of experience in both hospital & clinic settings. She is qualified with Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Hons) with dual certification from Anglia Ruskin University (UK) & MAHSA University (Malaysia), also registered with the Malaysian Physiotherapy Association (MPA). With those years of clinical experience, she is adept in properly diagnosing & strategizing for effective treatment plans for patients.
